Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a proven track record in solving complex problems with limited information. As Apple's installed base of devices grows, so does the number of bug reports about third-party software on Apple devices. Our team needs your help in streamlining the triage process by leveraging data sources and machine learning models from across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract relevant information from varied sources
  • Link extracted data together
  • Make recommendations based on analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or Swift
  • Proficiency with iOS, macOS, or other operating systems like UNIX/Linux
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
