Night Auditor

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all bookkeeping functions and end-of-day accounting duties, as well as providing exceptional front desk service to our guests.

• Audit daily guest ledger to verify and balance entries, investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
• Create daily deposits and ensure accurate starting cash amounts at the front desk for the morning.
• Update reservations systems with occupancy information as guests check in and out.
• Provide administrative, reception, and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity, providing general knowledge to callers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a front desk attendant during night hours, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with basic accounting skills and proficiency in computer systems.
• Clerical skills, including typing, filing, office machine operations, cash register operation, and record maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
