About the Role

Swedish Health Services seeks a seasoned Professional Development Lead RN Specialist to join our clinical education team. This critical role will drive educational support for clinical staff and foster growth in competency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and address the educational needs of our nursing staff
  • Develop personalized growth plans using evidence-based practices
  • Design and deliver tailored educational activities to enhance clinical expertise
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

This position requires:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing
  • A Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on clinical development
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $53.04-$83.95 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, overtime, or bonuses.
