Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans to help them reach their full potential through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA therapy programs tailored to each child's needs
  • Work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with the team
  • Prioritize providing a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and thrive
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant experience working with children with special needs an asset
  • A strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
