About the RoleYou will be a key team member as a Sales Lead, supporting and role-modeling exceptional customer experiences. Deliver personalized interactions and provide guidance and support to associates. Your impact will be evident in both customer satisfaction and associate experience.

- Assist store leaders in onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

- Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
- Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for peak performance.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
- Stay informed on company priorities and promotions using technology.
- Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
- 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
- Management experience (preferred).
- Technology proficiency and point-of-sale system operation.
- Enjoy communicating and coaching.
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
