Job Description

This RN Emergency Services Fellowship Specialist role offers a unique blend of clinical experience, education, and mentorship. You will be part of a structured curriculum, simulation-based training, and hands-on patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors. This comprehensive approach enables you to develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in emergency services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in emergency settings, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex situations.
  • Participate in simulation-based training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills in emergency services.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire.
