Night Auditor

The Courtyard by Marriott - Providence Lincoln is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for providing superior service to all guests during overnight hours. Key responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests and processing check-in/check-out procedures through the Property Management System.
2. Handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
3. Providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
4. Taking reservations and updating/cancelling reservations in the hotel management system.
5. Organizing previous shifts paperwork, closing and balancing room accounts and vouchers.
6. Preparing guest folios for express check-out.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer knowledge and a valid driver's license.
