Job Summary:

Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage the transportation of raw materials and finished products to and from manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and customers.

· Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

· Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during transit.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management, including stock levels and reorder points.

· Collaborate with production and quality teams to align logistics operations with manufacturing schedules and quality standards.

· Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.

· Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

· Assist in developing logistics strategies to optimize costs and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to transportation and logistics.

Requirements:

· Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

· Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong understanding of logistics principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.

· Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
