Job Title: Account Manager Alliances, Digital Data Design Institute

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at the Digital Data Design Institute (D^3) at Harvard University. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partner stakeholders at the C-Suite level, as well as senior strategic and financial decision makers across organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive operational success for our partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Shape the strategic direction of partner relationships and identify growth opportunities across industry sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to partners
  • Support the ramp up of the partnership team and infrastructure for ensuring superior customer experience for all partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field required
  • 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, customer success, or sales is required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
