Huntington Hospital is a leading healthcare provider with a 129-year history of delivering high-quality care to the community.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Stn 35 was Stn 42 team as a Medical Care Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in acute care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating patient care across the healthcare continuum
  • Supervising the management of patient care using critical thinking and nursing process
  • Discharge planning, resource identification, linking, and scheduling patients with required services
  • Monitoring care delivery, advocating for patients, care planning, and evaluating outcomes

Requirements include:

  • A current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $45.60 - $67.83 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
