Painting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Painting Specialist to join our team at TMR Management LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to follow instructions, and knowledge of general maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using various techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform general repairs that do not require specialized technical expertise.
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and facilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of painting experience required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
