Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description

As an Assembly Technician at Desert Tech, you will be responsible for working in a warehouse/shop environment to assemble our products to the most current Quality Standard using a combination of hand tools. You will perform setups and builds within prescribed cycle times to meet scheduled deadlines, maintain and clean your area, test rifles according to Company Standard Operating Procedures, and learn key fundamentals of success in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools and equipment to complete assemblies.
• Follow standard processes to assemble products to the most current quality standard.
• Perform self-assessment of work, including visual inspection, physical manipulation of moving parts, and sequential review of colleagues' work.
• Clean and package Desert Tech products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Driver's License.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle and test firearms.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
