The EEO Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and displaying statistical data to develop the FY23 MD-715 report in compliance with agency guidelines. This role requires extensive experience in Federal equal employment opportunity and proficiency in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, OBIEE, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of statistical tables 25%
- Data analysis 35%
- Data display 15%
- Preparation of written components (executive summary, planned actions, etc.,) 25%
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in Federal equal employment opportunity OR HS/GED Degree
- Extensive experience preparing the MD-715 report
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, OBIEE, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
- EEO Specialists are required to have 8 hours of EEO related training annually
- Consultation with BLM OCR Specialists who work with the MD-715
- Physical requirements: Enrollee will be required to sit at a desk and work at a computer for hours at a time
