We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Any developer would have worked on ITSM. However, experience in Snow Development would be ideal to have micro module experience in that for example CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HRSD.

We will provide sponsorship for the qualified candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

JavaScript knowledge and hands-on experience are mandatory. Experience working on notifications, email scripts, events, inbound & outbound email actions, scheduled jobs, etc. Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, Data policy. Good knowledge on client and server-side scripts. Proficient in writing & debugging scripts. Knowledge on Incident, Problem, Change management. Experience on building Service Portal. Experience on UI Action, Glide Record, Glide Ajax, Script include, etc. Experience in multiple integrations, for example, REST API, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc. Experience on Catalog items, Record Producer, Order guide. Developing Workflows based on Business process requirements is mandatory. Data Migration and Optimization

Knowledge & Skills:

Proven experience in web development with proficiency in GraphQL, React, NextJS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated success in optimizing data migration processes and implementing scalable solutions. Analytical skills with experience in log analysis and reporting systems, preferably using Python and Pandas. Automation expertise with a track record of reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency. Expertise in programming languages like Java or .net Expertise in OOPS concept.
