Job Overview

The Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a workgroup or individual, including tasks such as screening incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to a workgroup or individual within the Department.
  • Completes administrative tasks, such as screening incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible.
  • Responsible for patient scheduling, financial screening, pre-certs, medication authorization in any combination of roles / functions.

Requirements:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
2 Years experience in a related role (Required)

Compensation:
$58,000 - $68,000 per year
