At Chandra Technologies Inc, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Staffing Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate all aspects of recruiting, from tracking candidate information to managing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Formatting job requests from clients and managing job board postings in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinating interviews with consultants and clients, and ensuring timely completion of the hiring process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Working closely with Recruiting Managers and Technical Recruiters to ensure seamless execution of recruitment tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
