Product Designer - Winter Wear Accessories
Randa Corp, a global fashion leader, is seeking a skilled Designer to lead the design of cold weather accessories (gloves and headwear) for its prominent brands. As a key player in the Corporate Design & Merchandising team, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation and quality in our product offerings.

With over 100 years of industry leadership, Randa Corp has established itself as a pioneer in the fashion industry. Operating across 11 countries, the company boasts a portfolio of 30 iconic brands, including Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Totes, Isotoner, and Columbia Sportswear.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Staying informed about current design trends, industry influences, and competitor activity.
  • Creating trend boards and collateral materials for internal use, licensors, and customer presentations.
  • Developing new materials, constructions, and hardware specific to the assigned brands.
  • Collaborating with licensors, merchandising, and design teams to communicate and present ideas effectively.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design and development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $75,000 per year.
