Job Overview

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing care and support to toddlers, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that encourages learning and exploration.
  • Assist with basic care tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with young children, preferably in a similar role.
  • A valid CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
