We are seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Property Conditioner to join our West Virginia Property Management team. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team to prepare vacant properties for listing.

About the Role
  • In this mobile position, you will complete light make-ready projects to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
  • Your responsibilities will include verifying that all necessary maintenance has been completed, appliances are functioning properly, and the property is ready for listing or leasing.
  • You will work efficiently to meet project timelines and follow instructions to stay within designated owner budgets.
  • As a Mobile Property Conditioner, you will work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.
