Job Title: Staff Engineer - Consumer Experience Quality Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our Consumer Experience Quality Engineering team. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for translating consumer and customer product quality requirements into product lifecycle improvements aimed at enhancing the consumer and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve consumer and customer experience through data analysis and consumer insights.
  • Design, develop, and execute innovative solutions to enhance consumer and customer experience.
  • Define and resolve complex issues to improve consumer and customer experience through robust problem-solving methodologies.
  • Proactively investigate and develop improvements to existing processes or develop new processes.
  • Manage multi-functional projects that require project management leadership skills and delivery of business prioritized projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant scientific/technical field.
  • 6 years of experience in R&D, Packaging, Quality Engineering, Quality assurance or related field.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (GMP environment, quality or product development for cosmetics, medical devices and/or pharma).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, root-cause analysis, and risk assessments needed.
  • Experienced with design and statistical analysis of experiments.
  • Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices, understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
What We Offer:
