About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Alliant Insurance Services.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to executive and management personnel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinating complex meetings and interactions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications, preparing correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed;
  • Handle ongoing projects and tasks, such as invoice and expense processing, in accordance with department requirements;
  • Coordinate administrative activities for the management team, collaborating with various departments as necessary;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management, including air transportation, rental cars, and hotel accommodations;
  • Maintain agency management system data standards and integrity, ensuring complete and accurate information;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • At least one year of related work experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team;
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills;
  • Advanced researching skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, Adobe, and SharePoint.
