Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our culinary team as a Culinary Innovator. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, mixing, and cooking a variety of dishes using our signature recipes. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection and that our customers receive exceptional service.

About the Role

As a Culinary Innovator, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using our signature recipes
  • Working closely with our team to ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience
  • Gaining exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen, including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills
  • The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic
  • The ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team-oriented focus and a deep appreciation for the people you work with

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17-19/hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
