Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor Evening Shift is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising labor management, planning, and coordinating inbound and outbound activities, as well as customer communication. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
