Log Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Log Compliance Specialist to join our team
Estimated Salary: $17.00/hrKey Responsibilities:- Audit driver logs to ensure compliance with federal hours-of-service regulations and Mercer policy.
- Discuss hours of service violations with drivers and provide training on log requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting electronic logging device (ELD) best practices and inform drivers on how to operate the Omnitracs IVG-LTE ELD and dash camera.
- Process faxed logs in emergency situations and enter new driver information into the Omnitracs/Solera systems.
- Review violation letters and add messages in Check Call to alert Truck Coordinators of issues.
- Prior clerical experience, preferably with customer service skills and business acumen.
- Working knowledge of U.S. geography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
