About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Peoria, IL, US. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee all administrative functions, support the management team, and ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management, administrative assistance, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential for this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies. You will also ensure organized and up-to-date records are maintained, including contracts, invoices, and employee files. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
