We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians and registered nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Summary:

  • The Licensed Practical Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care, including vital sign monitoring, routine office procedures, and patient education.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe patient environment, participating in decision-making, and communicating effectively with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • 0-2 years of experience in acute care medical-surgical nursing
  • BLS certification within 3 months of hire and maintained on a bi-annual basis

Salary Range:$54,000 - $64,000 per year
