The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our facilities and buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to more complex work, including lighting checks, door and lock maintenance, caulking, painting, and minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
  • Clean areas around the pool, dumpster, and common areas.
  • Maintain limited access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a related maintenance field, with skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with managers, residents, and peers verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to detect maintenance needs throughout the property.
  • Pleasant personality and people skills.
