Job Description

At Mirbeau Inn & Spa, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional massages to our guests, adhering to spa protocols and certification practices.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our services and products, and educate guests on these areas.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the Spa.
  • Effectively inform and educate Spa guests about specific wellness programs.
  • Be punctual for your shift, and perform services within the allotted time.
  • Properly care for equipment and use the right amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Be well-versed in Spa Mirbeau products and formulas for the right treatments.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and appropriate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
  • Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the Spa.
  • Assist in all areas of Spa operation as requested by Management.


Qualifications, Skills & Educational Requirements

Requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing duties. This position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent guest service skills, and extensive knowledge in computer use and applications.
