Job Description

**Job Summary**

SMS Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a B2B or outside sales capacity
