Patient Service Representative II

Covenant Health (Tennessee) is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our surgical associates, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for patient service functions, including check-out operations, encounter form data collection, and balance processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process encounter form data
- Collect and total outstanding balances and payments for services rendered
- Balance work and computer at end of day
- Provide administrative support for patient service functions
- Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other care team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a medical office setting with working knowledge of clinic appointment scheduling, collection, and ICD-9/10 and CPT-4 coding
- Minimum three years of total customer-facing/customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
