We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at this multi-specialty hospital in Texas with more than 360 beds. The successful candidate will have 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be licensed to practice in the state of Texas or hold a Compact Registered Nursing License.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create a plan of care, including discharge plans, revise the plans based on patients' responses to treatment, and regularly evaluate plans for effectiveness.

In addition to performing patient assessments and developing care plans, you will also administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy. You will provide support and education materials to families on homecare, treatments, adoption, and support groups, and assist in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation efforts as needed.

The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
