Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide friendly and personalized service to guests, processing orders and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, including vehicles.
  • Perform duties across multiple workstations as needed.
  • Attend shifts regularly and maintain punctuality.
  • Dress according to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
  • Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices, utilizing suggestive-selling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage pressure effectively.
  • Dependability and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities.
  • Strong written, mathematical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Age 18 or older to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Possession of necessary documents and permits (keep updated insurance policy on file).
  • Flexible work availability.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience beneficial.
