Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings. Your goal will be to find the best talent for our clients and help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions
* Source and screen candidates using various resources and tools
* Conduct interviews and make recommendations to clients
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements
