Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetology Instructor to join our team at the YLF Cosmetology Institute in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring students to succeed as licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and demonstrate various aspects of hair, esthetics, nails, hair extensions, and eyebrow treatments
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans to enhance student knowledge and skills
  • Mentor students through hands-on practice and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and assessments, maintaining accurate records
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained learning environment that promotes student success
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Cosmetology instructor with a strong background in teaching principles and techniques
  • Current Cosmetology license and previous experience as a Cosmetology instructor
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including paid vacations, profit-sharing, and retirement programs.
