Electronic Product Specialist

AZC, INC. is seeking an Electronic Product Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the development of new electronic percussion products and optimizing existing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Broaden understanding of consumer needs, category trends, competitors, and technology advancements in electronic percussion to inform innovation strategies.
- Lead product roadmap execution, outlining feature release timelines and product updates to meet long-term business objectives.
- Define and communicate unique product features and benefits. Create technical specifications.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, providing training, sales tools, and commercialization support.
- Collaborate with Compliance Consultant, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to manage compliance requirements.
- Maintain a library of product technical specifications and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in bringing innovative products to market in electronic instruments or consumer electronics.
- Strong accountability, drive to deliver tasks on time, ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to present technical details to end-users and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, problem-solving, and responsive individual with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work well with global cross-functional teams and travel ~30%, including trips to Europe and APAC.
- $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
