The Mountain Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join its team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The Facilities Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and that the departmental budgets are accurately managed.

  • Lead the Emergency Operations Committee (EOC) meetings and coordinate with biomedical staff to ensure that all clinical equipment and physical plant equipment are functioning properly.
  • Supervise the scheduling and maintenance of all necessary equipment to support facility management operations.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to assist with occasional construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the budget and make sound financial decisions.
  • Schedule and lead EOC meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Order necessary equipment and supplies.
Requirements:

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type accurately.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in electric controls and building construction.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, powered generators, water softener systems, medical gas systems, and clinical devices.
  • Ability to read blueprints and make sound decisions based on data.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
