We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at EatRamen Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our full-service restaurant serving Vietnamese Asian cuisine.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, purchasing, inventory management, customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

In this role, you will also be expected to provide leadership and guidance to our team members, promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of operational best practices.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, purchasing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.
  • Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative tasks.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
