- Analyze industry trends and identify supply base issues.
- Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure attainment of organizational objectives.
- Align with internal departments to create reports and processes.
- Develop and track procurement KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience sourcing goods and services.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Experience with procurement software, preferably NetSuite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level attention to detail.
