Concierge Lounge Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge Lounge Attendant to join our team at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel. As a Concierge Lounge Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our VIP and Concierge-Level guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

• Welcome guests to the Concierge Lounge and provide a warm and sincere welcome.
• Make personal connections with each guest and respond to their needs and cues.
• Use clear and understandable communication to provide information and assistance to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all guests have what they need at any time.
• Ensure the Concierge Lounge is stocked with the proper food and beverage for the given time of day.

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Previous Front Desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom require patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to listen effectively and speak and write English.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform essential job functions.
