Job Title: Forklift Operator

This position requires operating a forklift in a rugged outdoor environment. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility with a focus on organization and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stretch wrap machines and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
  • Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
  • Load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers.
  • Validate shipping documentation and perform routine inspection duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating a forklift in an outdoor yard environment.
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Math, communication, and comprehension skills to interface with transportation and dispatch operations.
