Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Concrete Project Lead to oversee multiple new construction builds, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing finances, and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams. You will also play a key role in maintaining clear and effective communication with clients to ensure projects meet their requirements and are completed on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts, scopes of work, and specifications to guarantee accurate execution.
  • Manage all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Oversee schedules, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain efficient operations on multiple job sites.
  • Ensure safety standards are met across all projects.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and manage change orders effectively to reflect project needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in concrete project management, with a strong focus on concrete structures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline, and PlanSwift software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
