Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

We require an active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply. A graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program is also essential. Additionally, candidates must possess Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening patients, documenting progress toward identified objectives, and administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist. They will also conduct patient and family education, deliver quality occupational therapy services, and prioritize patient service with a positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.

Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive pay range of $31-35/hour and a comprehensive benefits package. The expected hours per week are 35-40, and the schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday.

Job Specifications

This job requires a COTA license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply, a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, CPR Certification, BLS Certification, and a positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player.
