Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Parkland Health and Hospital System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in designated primary or specialty areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnoses, treatment, education, and referrals.
  • Serve as a resource and role model for clinical practice, training, evaluation, and direct management of practitioners and students.
  • Assist leadership in assessing, planning, organizing, and implementing designated advanced practice provider activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Master's Degree in Nursing accredited through the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc. (ACEN).
  • Experience: None required, but equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current healthcare provider BLS for Healthcare Providers certification and current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
