Compensation and Benefits
Competitive daily rate of $1500 with productivity bonus
7on/7off schedule with 7am-7pm shifts
Shifts run Tuesday-Monday with mid-level support Monday-Friday
2 mid-levels work nights with 12 hour shifts
Average census of 5-12 patients per shift
Each physician takes night call on the days they work
