We are seeking an experienced Pediatrics Physician to fill this key leadership position. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for managing the clinical team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the pediatric department">
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care">
  • Managing a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed">
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions">
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards">
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pediatric care">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree and current licensure to practice medicine in the state">
  • Board certification in pediatrics (BC)">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically ECW">
