As a DMV Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing the vehicle titling and registration process, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, and providing excellent customer service via phone and/or email.

Responsibilities

• Manage DMV vehicle titling and registration process
• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a timely manner
• Submit legal transfer of documents to DMV
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies and regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and/or email
• Maintain Accounting Dept.'s DMV Schedule
• Cashier duties
• Answer phones
• Other office duties as assigned by the Controller

Requirements

• 3 years of CA DMV title clerk and dealership accounting experience required
