Claims Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Examiner to join our team at Swift Transportation.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and insurance/claims expertise, with the ability to handle complex claims calls and issues.
This role involves working closely with internal and external contacts to respond to claims while adhering to strict handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the proper company and coverage for all claims.
- Review and manage highly complex incoming claims calls and escalated claims issues.
- Ensure claims processes are carried out effectively by various parties.
- Initiate claims and investigations by assessing each situation independently.
- Represent Swift and its agents as the primary contact from third-party vendors and claimants.
- Act as liaison for internal communications between designated department personnel, leadership representatives, field investigators, attorneys, police agencies, and assigned vendors.
A minimum of 1+ year's experience in customer service and/or insurance/claims is required for this position.
Compensation Package:$18-$25 per hour, based on experience, with potential bonus pay tied to company performance.
