Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Ivy Court in Coeur d'Alene, ID. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our physical plant and grounds, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and meets health care Life Safety codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including HVAC systems
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on buildings and grounds
  • Ensure compliance with health care Life Safety codes and recordkeeping
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Good technical and mechanical skills
  • Experience in light carpentry and plumbing
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and health care Life Safety codes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
