We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to join our Foreign Language Department at Concordia University Irvine.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching introductory and upper-division courses, conducting office hours, and collaborating with full-time faculty colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach courses in Foreign Language, including introductory and upper-division classes
- Engage with students through office hours and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with full-time faculty members to develop and implement curriculum
- Possibly serve as an undergraduate student research advisor
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be committed to a Lutheran liberal arts education and possess teaching excellence
- A doctorate or master's degree in a relevant field is required
