Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, analyze, and record patients' participation, reactions, and progress during treatment sessions.
  • Develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients, based on their initial admission assessment, patient interests, and objectives of therapy.

Work Environment:

We have multiple locations throughout the United States, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of a baccalaureate degree program with a specialization in therapeutic recreation.

Certification: CTRS required.

Skills: Good planning and organizational skills, creative and resourceful in therapy techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
